Meet Our Team

Falicia Salobeck

Falicia has been in the early childhood education field since 2016 and is currently working towards her Childhood Development Associate Credential. Falicia served as a toddler teacher and a preschool teacher before becoming a director. Since she was little, Falicia has wanted to be a mom and a teacher! When the opportunity to work in childcare came to her, she knew it would be her “forever job”. Falicia loves being able to see children of all ages every day and greatly enjoys their smiles and laughs.

Falicia was born and raised in Cleveland. She has two children, Giovanni and Nevaeh. She is a big Disney fan, and really loves Stitch! Her favorite childhood book is Stinky Face because her mom read it to her and her brother every night. She now reads this book to her children as a great reminder that your parents love you no matter what. We are so lucky to have Falicia on our team!

Meet Our Team

Cora Bogdan

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Early Elementary Education, Cora started her career in Elementary in 2002 and found her passion early on for childcare as an infant teacher. From infants to school age children, Cora worked closely with almost every age group before becoming regional director in 2011. As regional director of the Cleveland area Nest Schools, Cora enjoys working with directors and teachers to help ensure that they provide the best care possible for every family they serve.

Cora lives in Cleveland with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and baking. Her favorite childhood book is The Little House on the Prairie because she read it to her children when they were growing up, and it is now a family favorite for her own daughters! We are thrilled to have Cora on our team!
