Meet Our Team

Adrian Smith

Adrian has worn many hats throughout her career since earning an associate degree in early childhood education. Since 2019, Adrian has spent time in positions, such as: a teacher, director, and district director before joining The Nest Schools. Adrian loves working with children as each day is completely different than the next. She loves having the opportunity to teach children new concepts and enjoys being present in moments she gets to watch their faces light up when they finally reach a milestone. She also enjoys the sense of community she has from getting to know each family and child.

Adrian is engaged and has a fur baby Boston Terrier named Yoda. Adrian learned to read before starting Kindergarten and has never stopped loving to read. Her favorite childhood book is Charlotte’s Web because of the friendship and love between Wilbur and Charlotte. She loves that they could still be such great friends despite their differences. We love that Adrian is a part of our team!

Meet Our Team

Kaitlyn Wetula

Kaitlyn has been in the early childcare field for about six years, having earned her bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University.

She is in the field because working with children is something that has always made her feel like she was working for a purpose. Seeing children gain confidence, express their feelings, and learn new information is very rewarding for Kaitlyn!
Kaitlyn, her fiance, and her daughter moved to Ohio from Savannah, Ga in August of 2020. Together, they enjoy finding new parks to explore and cooking breakfast together on the weekends. A fun fact about her family is that they eat pizza every Friday together!
Her favorite childhood book is Rainbow Fish. The book taught her at a young age that another person’s beauty, accomplishment, or skills do not take away from her own qualities. She feesl like this is an amazing lesson to teach children starting at a young age. We are so lucky to have Kaitlyn on our team!

Meet Our Team

Cora Bogdan

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Early Elementary Education, Cora started her career in Elementary in 2002 and found her passion early on for childcare as an infant teacher. From infants to school age children, Cora worked closely with almost every age group before becoming regional director in 2011. As regional director of the Cleveland area Nest Schools, Cora enjoys working with directors and teachers to help ensure that they provide the best care possible for every family they serve.

Cora lives in Cleveland with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and baking. Her favorite childhood book is The Little House on the Prairie because she read it to her children when they were growing up, and it is now a family favorite for her own daughters! We are thrilled to have Cora on our team!
