Meet Our Team

Wendy Douglas

Wendy has been in early childhood education since 2005 and has an associate’s in early childhood education. Wendy has worn many hats throughout her career, starting her career in childcare as a substitute teacher, and has since served in almost every role possible. Wendy has been at the Phillips location since 2012 and loves the relationships she has built with the children and families at her school.

Wendy has two daughters and a son. She also has three grandsons, two granddaughters, and one great grandson. Wendy used to be a dog breeder of Yorkshire Terriers and Shih tzus, so now she has several retired “fur babies.” Wendy’s favorite childhood book is Sleeping Beauty because it has fairies, a prince, and a princess and it was truly magical! We are so lucky to have Wendy on our team.
